We’re a nation “on the go” and the habits and routines of Australians are being modified to fit into this new dynamic mode of living. The launch of Berocca® Performance Twist ‘N’ Go is an example of a leading brand being re-invented to suit today’s world.

Matthew Swadling, New Business Development Manager at Bayer Consumer Care, explains, “A unique concept, expert partners, clever use of technology and a lot of passion to succeed saw the traditional Berocca evolve into a ready to drink format that can be bought and consumed on the go.

 

” Unique patented technology, in conjunction with Melbourne based specialist engineering company, Invetech was developed. The sealed fresh effervescent tablet is released from a foil covered encapsulate (adhered to the underside of the lid) into a 250 ml bottle of purified water when the cap is twisted open.

 

Rob Neil from Invetech explains, “As an engineer, it’s exciting to have the opportunity to work on a world first invention and create something wholly unique and innovative. It’s also rewarding to see the fruits of our ingenuity translate into commercial success by giving the consumers what they are looking for.”

 

Matthew adds, “With the potential for this patented design to be adopted in other markets around the world, the creation of Berocca Performance Twist ‘N’ Go is an Australian innovation to be proud of.”
