Bayer MaterialScience's Polycarbonate Sheeting products are made and distributed by subsidiary company Laserlite Australia Pty Ltd. Laserlite began as a distributor of translucent roofing in the late 1980s. It became the first manufacturer of polycarbonate roofing in Australia in the mid 1990s, and later formed a joint venture with Alsynite, bringing fibreglass roofing into the range.

Now a part of the Bayer Group of companies, Laserlite continues to develop new and exciting products for a range of building applications in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Laserlite’s product range includes the popular Laserlite Polycarbonate Roofing range, ventilation systems and solid sheeting.
