Hussar ® OD Selective Herbicide
Hussar OD provides post-emergent grass weed control of annual ryegrass, wild oats and annual phalaris in wheat crops. It is also active against 21 broadleaf weeds in wheat.Hussar OD is our OnePass™ Selective Herbicide in a liquid formulation which simplifies the control of mixed grass weed infestations with a single post-emergent spray. Hussar OD is a foliar herbicide with limited activity via the soil and works well as part of an integrated weed management program involving herbicides with other modes of action. Hussar OD is particularly convenient and cost-effective while minimising the risk that early grass weed control might be lost to herbicide antagonism. The active ingredient, iodosulfuron-methyl sodium (Group B - ALS inhibitor), provides effective early weed control allowing cereals to grow without weed competition.
