GIVE program

GIVE, ‘Grow, Invest, Volunteer and Enrich’, encompasses some of the values of the 'Bayer: Science For A Better Life' mission statement. It also reinforces one of Bayer’s core values to promote ‘sustainability of our actions’.
The GIVE program allows Bayer Australia as a corporate entity to make a positive impact in the areas in which we operate and fulfils our role as a socially responsible corporate citizen. It also supports our employees in the community and charity activities that they embrace outside of work. This reinforces our philosophy towards providing more than just a “job” for our staff. We aim to increase their work-life balance, bolster pride in working for Bayer and look at new opportunities to broaden their horizons and their skills.
