In 2005, Bayer HealthCare was named as a Hewitt Best Employer. With over 160 organisations taking part throughout Australia and New Zealand in 2005, and 16 Best Employers, this is the largest employee research project and market practice audit in these two countries. Innovative Programs

Bayer boasts a range of programs to help employees make smart choices.

An example is the company's health program 'Energise.' Here employees are invited to participate in a different health related activity each month; from massage to iridology, from self defence classes to blood pressure and cholesterol checks.

The GIVE (Grow Invest Volunteer Enrich) Program provides employees the opportunity to volunteer in the community.
