There are four major initiatives for employee participation:
|Bayer provides all employees with one day's paid leave per year for volunteering.|
|Bayer matches funds raised by employees for fundraising efforts up to a limit, increasing the total that goes to charity.|
|Bayer provides grants to facilitate community activities for employees and their families. Grants are allocated based on set guidelines and must demonstrate benefit to the local community.|
|Bayer partners with a number of organisations which deliver specific programs that align with our business goals of Modern Sustainable Agriculture, Self-Care, and Helathy Aging.|
