Job FAQs

The website is updated daily to include current vacancies at Bayer Australia/New Zealand. Use the search function to search by location, category and/or keyword. Once you find an opportunity you’re interested in, click to read more about it and apply.

 

We encourage you to submit a cover letter and resume outlining your relevant experience to the role.

 

Upon submitting your application you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of the application. The Talent Acquisition team will then review all applications. Those shortlisted will receive a phone call to further discuss their application. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application.

 

You will need to be authorised to work in the country where the job is based unless otherwise stated in the job description.

 

New vacancies are advertised on the site as soon as the internal process has concluded. It is worth visiting the site regularly to make sure that you don’t miss out on any new opportunities.

 

We ask that all applications are submitted online. This is the best chance for you to be considered for any live vacancies or upcoming opportunities.

 

As soon as your details are registered, you will receive an online acknowledgment.

Following our standard process, shortlisted applicants will receive an initial telephone call from our Talent Acquisition team. Post that conversation a decision will be made internally on who has been successful for a formal interview. Where possible, we try to make sure that you do not have to come in and see us more than twice as we appreciate this can sometimes cause difficulties if you live a long way from our site or are still working.

 

If you have been contacted by us by phone to discuss your application further, you will subsequently be informed by phone of the outcome of your application at the conclusion of the process. If you do not receive an initial phone call from our Talent Acquisition team, you will be notified of the outcome of your application by email. We have adopted this approach due to the large volumes of applications received for our roles.

 

We recommend you take look at our website to ensure you have a good understanding of our business. The interview may include competency based questions. Have a think about the role you are applying for and identify some key examples which provide an understanding of your working style.
